We are located just north of downtown Seattle in the Denny Regrade area, on the southeast corner of Eighth Avenue and Blanchard Street, at 2118 8th Avenue. From the North Come south on I-5 toward downtown Seattle. Take the Stewart Street exit (Exit 166). Continue for 7 blocks to 8th Avenue. Turn right (north) on 8th Avenue. The office is on the right at the end of the third block. It is on the southeast corner of 8th and Blanchard. The other side of the building fronts on Westlake Avenue. From the South Come north on I-5 toward downtown Seattle. There you have two options. Option A: through downtown Seattle (easiest to understand). Take the lefthand Seneca Street exit (Exit 165). Turn right on 6th Avenue. Proceed north through downtown Seattle for 10 blocks to Blanchard Street. Turn right on Blanchard and continue for 2 blocks. The office is on the right-hand corner, across the intersection (the southeast corner). Option B: avoiding downtown Seattle. Proceed north on I-5 to the lefthand Mercer Street exit (Exit 167). Stay in the lefthand lane. Turn left (south) on Fairview. At 5 blocks, you will cross Denny Way. Most other traffic will angle left, but you should continue straight ahead onto Virginia. Head west for 3 blocks on Virginia. Turn right on 8th Avenue for 2 blocks. The office is on the right-hand corner of the intersection with Blanchard (the southeast corner). From I-90 Take the Madison Street exit, turn left and cross over the freeway. Turn right on Sixth Avenue. Proceed north through downtown Seattle for 13 blocks to Blanchard. Turn right on Blanchard for 2 blocks. The office is on the right-hand corner across the intersection (the southeast corner).
